# Plans and features

Your RShift plan controls feature availability, AI credits, automations, monitoring, MCP capabilities, and support level.

## What plans change

- Which product areas are available.
- How many AI credits are included each month.
- Whether MCP, automations, and advanced monitoring are enabled.
- Support level and access to a dedicated contact.

Plan changes, invoices, procurement, and billing disputes are handled by a human. [Contact support](/contact/) rather than trying to work around an entitlement.
