# Usage and limits

Usage shows what consumed credits and when. It is the place to check before assuming a feature is broken.

## What to look at

- The time range and the product area.
- The model or task that consumed the most.
- Workspace budget limits or hard caps.

If usage looks wrong, [contact support](/contact/) with the visible time range and module. RShift Support will not ask for card numbers, full payment credentials, or raw payment provider payloads.
