Getting started with Rshift brand workspaces

Rshift is organized around brand workspaces. A workspace holds brand context, platform integrations, Rshift AI, automations, monitoring, and MCP Gateway configuration.

First steps

  1. Open the correct brand workspace.

  2. Complete the brand name, website, or primary domain.

  3. Add brand voice, product information, review standards, or core assets.

  4. Connect at least one platform account, such as Google Ads, Meta, X, WeChat Open Platform, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, OceanEngine, Tencent Ads, or Kuaishou.

  5. Check that your plan and AI credits are active.

Why this matters

Rshift AI, automations, publishing, and monitoring all depend on workspace context. Better context helps Rshift work according to your brand standards.

If you cannot see a workspace

  • Confirm you are using the invited email address.

  • Check that you are signed in to the right Rshift account.

  • Ask the workspace owner or admin to invite you again.

  • If you see an access error, click Help. Rshift Support will receive safe context about your current page.

Do not send platform tokens, API keys, ad account passwords, unpublished content, or private customer data in support conversations.
