Help, Rshift Support, and Rshift AI

Rshift has two separate experiences:

  • Help: the top-right Help button opens Intercom Messenger. Rshift Support answers support, troubleshooting, billing, access, and ticket questions.

  • Rshift AI: the in-product AI workspace for content generation, analysis, Rshift skills, model routing, and business tools.

Use Help for

  • Platform connection failures.

  • Billing, plan, or AI credit questions.

  • Automation, monitoring, or Phone Agent issues.

  • Account access, invitations, and workspace switching.

  • Human support or CSM handoff.

Use Rshift AI for

  • Creating marketing content.

  • Analyzing brand, campaign, or monitoring data.

  • Running Rshift skills, model workflows, or MCP tools.

Rshift Support does not read your Rshift AI prompts, completions, tool inputs, tool outputs, or AI chat history. Help conversations are not written into AI Chat sessions.
