Troubleshoot platform integrations

Rshift supports integrations such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, X, WeChat Open Platform, Xiaohongshu, OceanEngine, Tencent Ads, and Kuaishou. Each provider has different authorization rules, but the troubleshooting path is similar.

Common causes

  • Your provider account does not have access to the ad account, page, app, store, or official account.

  • Required OAuth scopes are missing or blocked by provider review status.

  • The refresh token expired and the provider must be reconnected.

  • The provider API is temporarily unavailable, rate limited, or risk-controlled.

  • The workspace is connected to the wrong provider account.

What to try

  1. Sign out of the provider and sign in again.

  2. Confirm your provider account has admin or operator permission.

  3. Return to Rshift Integrations and reconnect the provider.

  4. For reviewed platforms such as WeChat, Meta, or TikTok, confirm app review and permission status.

  5. If it still fails, click Help; Rshift Support will receive safe context such as provider, page, and error code.

Do not send access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, app secrets, OAuth codes, or raw webhook payloads.
