What are AI credits?
AI credits are used by Rshift AI, model calls, generation jobs, and AI steps inside automations. Different models and tasks can consume different amounts.
Credit states
healthy: enough credits are available.low: credits are low; review usage or top up.empty: AI-related capabilities may pause.unknown: Rshift cannot read the balance at the moment.
If AI features are unavailable
Open Billing or Usage.
Check your plan and AI credit balance.
Check workspace budget limits or hard caps.
If usage looks wrong, click
Helpand share the visible time range and module.
Rshift Support will not ask for card numbers, full payment credentials, or raw payment provider payloads. Billing disputes, invoice tax details, and procurement questions should be handed to a human.
