Rshift AI, model availability, and failed generations
Rshift AI is the product workspace for content generation, analysis, business tool calls, and model routing. Rshift Support helps troubleshoot availability and usage issues; it does not generate business content for you.
Common causes
Your plan does not include a specific AI capability.
AI credits are empty or the workspace reached a budget limit.
A model provider is temporarily unavailable.
The input is too long or includes unsupported files.
A safety or governance rule blocked the generation.
What to try
Check your plan and AI credits.
Switch to another available model or retry later.
Shorten the input or split the task.
If files are involved, confirm size and format.
When contacting support, share the page, approximate time, visible error code, and whether all models failed or only one model failed. Do not send full prompts, completions, tool inputs, tool outputs, or private customer content.
