# Set up Phone Agent

Phone Agent runs workflows that require a phone environment. It is a device app, not a web feature.

## Install

The application package is distributed only through the authenticated admin API or a short-lived enrollment code. Do not download it from a public static link.

1. Get an enrollment code from the workspace admin.
2. Install the app on the device.
3. Enter the enrollment code.
4. Grant the permissions the app requests.
5. Confirm the device shows as online.

## Permissions

Foreground service, notification, and network access are required. If any is missing, the device will not stay online.
