# Chat with RShift AI

Chat is the main RShift AI surface. Describe the outcome you want; attach files or reference workspace content when the request depends on them.

## Good requests

- Name the deliverable.
- Name the audience and channel when they change the tone.
- Point at workspace context: brand voice, a product, or a campaign.
- Ask for a draft when you want to review before anything is used elsewhere.

## What chat can use

Chat can use workspace knowledge, connected tools, and the skills enabled for the workspace. Tool calls are recorded in the workspace and follow the permissions of your role.
