# RShift AI overview

RShift AI is the in-product AI workspace. It runs against your workspace context: brand voice, product information, content, connected platforms, and monitoring data.

Use it for:

- Creating and adapting marketing content.
- Analyzing brand, campaign, or monitoring data.
- Running skills and model workflows.
- Calling connected business tools.

## How it fits together

RShift does not route directly to a vendor SDK. Model calls go through the platform runtime and the workspace model allow-list, so availability, credits, and governance stay consistent everywhere.
