# Audit logs

Audit logs record administrative and product actions in the workspace: who did it, what changed, and when. They are the authoritative history for governance review.

## What they cover

- Member and role changes.
- Integration connects and disconnects.
- Publishing and approval decisions.
- Project and source changes.

Logs are read-only. Production paths do not bypass the audit log.
