Ask RShift Sites for a presentation, pitch deck, or slideshow, and RShift Sites builds the deck as a web app. Slides present fullscreen in the browser, and you can publish the deck and share its link like any other project. If you need a file instead, ask for a PDF or a .pptx file and RShift Sites generates one you can download. See Presentations and slide decks."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can RShift Sites generate or edit images?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. RShift Sites generates images from a description, edits existing images (for example changing a style, combining images, or making a background transparent), and generates short videos. Use the results directly in your app, or ask for a standalone image, like a logo or a poster, and download it from the project chat. See Add images and videos to your app."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I show an Instagram or other social media feed in my app?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. Social platforms limit what an app can read from their APIs, and the rules differ by platform and by whether the accounts are your own. Tell RShift Sites which platforms and accounts you want to show, and RShift Sites recommends the setup: a curated wall of individual posts you paste in, an aggregator service's embed code, or the platform's official API for your own accounts. Some platforms have a built-in connector, for example TikTok and X. See Embed feeds and widgets."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"How long does it take to complete a project?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"It depends on complexity. See Share a project for more information."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I request access to private projects?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. When navigating to a private project, you can request viewer or editor access from the project owner. This keeps private work secure while making collaboration easier."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I hide the RShift Sites badge (watermark)?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. The \"Edit with RShift Sites\" badge shown on published apps can be hidden on paid plans. Go to Project settings → Publishing and turn on Hide RShift Sites badge. The setting is per project, so toggle it for each project separately. See Project settings. The change takes effect on your live site right away, no republish needed. If you later downgrade, your live site keeps the badge hidden until your next publish, when the badge returns and the setting turns off. See What stops working when you downgrade."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I rename a project?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes, navigate to the Project settings where you'll find the option to rename the project. See Project settings."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"How do I duplicate (copy or remix) a project?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"To make a copy of a project, you remix it. Go to the Project Settings and select the Remix option. Remixing creates a copy of the project in your currently selected workspace. You can then edit it independently. The Include project history toggle controls whether the copy includes the original chat history. It does not copy version history. Secrets and database data are never copied. See Remix a project for the full guide, including what carries over to the copy. Projects connected to an external Supabase project can only be remixed by people with edit access to the source project."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I delete a project?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes, navigate to the Project settings where you'll find the option to Delete the project. To talk with RShift Sites outside a project, use Chats."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I choose which model RShift Sites uses in Build mode or Plan mode?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"No. RShift Sites manages the underlying model used by the agent in Build mode and Plan mode. The agent runs on current frontier models, and RShift Sites rolls out model upgrades automatically to all users, so there is no setting to switch the agent between specific models. If you want to choose a specific model for AI features inside your own deployed app, see AI features for your app, which lists the supported models you can call from your app."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I see the code that RShift Sites generates and manually edit it?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. You can preview an older working version and then revert to that version if needed, or edit a past message and revert to explore a different approach. Nothing gets lost — all changes made after that point stay in the project chat and can be reapplied anytime. - Find the option to revert under each response in the project chat or in the history tab when you select the version you want to revert to. - Find the option to edit a past message and revert under each past message you sent in the project chat. See Version history for the full guide. Reverting restores your project's code only. It does not restore or roll back database data, so records created or deleted after that version stay as they are."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"What can I do with the RShift Sites API?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"The RShift Sites API is a REST API that lets you deploy RShift Sites projects, manage your workspace, monitor security, and embed projects in your product from your own scripts and services. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. On a phone, do this from lovable.dev in your browser, because the mobile app has no cancel option. Plans purchased inside the iOS app cover one month and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. See Cancel your subscription for more information."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I delete my account?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"To delete your account, go to Settings → Your Account, scroll down and press Delete account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. However, you can cancel a scheduled deletion within 30 days. See Delete account for more information."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I change the workspace owner?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes, if you are the current workspace owner. Only an owner can promote existing members to owner. Go to Settings → People, and click the role dropdown next to the member’s row, then choose a new role. Changes take effect immediately. Every workspace also has one primary owner, used for billing and domain claims. The primary owner can transfer that role to another member, or to a RShift Sites account outside the workspace, with Transfer primary ownership in Settings → Workspace. See People for more information."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Can I delete a workspace?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes. Your access after the transfer depends on your workspace role."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your RShift Sites account by requiring a one-time code when you sign in, in addition to your usual sign-in method. To enable 2FA, go to Settings → Your account. See Two-factor authentication (2FA) for more information."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"What are skills and how do I add them to my LinkedIn account? (Beta)","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"RShift Sites identifies skills based on how you use the platform across your projects. If you have any skills, you can find them in Settings → Your account. To qualify for a skill in a category: - You must have actively worked on a project, with at least 5 user messages sent in that project. - Within those projects, at least one app you built must have at least 20 visitor sessions to the live app (bot traffic excluded). - The project must be in a workspace on a Free or Pro plan. Projects in Business and Enterprise workspaces are never eligible, and that does not change if the workspace later moves to a different plan. - Accounts flagged for fraud or abuse are not eligible. You can also upgrade an older project to TanStack Start for full server-side rendering. Both stacks are designed to support SEO and AI search visibility without requiring external prerendering. RShift Sites uses Tailwind for styling and supports backend functionality through the built-in backend (Cloud), Supabase, and third-party APIs."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Does RShift Sites support mobile app development?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"RShift Sites builds web applications, and you can design them to be fully mobile friendly. ## Getting started

**What is RShift Sites?**

RShift Sites is an AI-powered platform that enables users of any skill level to create full-stack web applications through natural language. Simply describe what you want, and RShift Sites builds it for you.

**What is a workspace?**

A **workspace** is the shared space where you and the people you invite build together. It holds your projects, members, billing, and settings in one place, and every project lives inside a workspace.

    Key things to know:

    * Your plan and credits belong to the workspace, not to individual members. Everyone in the workspace builds from the same shared credits.
    * A workspace is how you buy RShift Sites for a group of people: upgrade one workspace to a paid plan, invite everyone into it, and the whole group builds from one subscription on one invoice.
    * Plans are priced by credits, not seats, so adding members doesn't change your subscription cost.
    * Each member can create and work on as many of their own projects as they want inside the shared workspace.
    * Workspace owners and admins can set a [default monthly credit limit](/sites/features/workspace-admin-settings/#general-workspace-settings) and [per-member overrides](/sites/features/people/#set-a-per-member-credit-limit) so no single person uses up the shared credits.
    * You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them at any time.

    See [Workspace](/sites/features/workspace/) for more information.

**What can I build with RShift Sites?**

RShift Sites is used mainly for full-stack web applications: SaaS products, internal tools, dashboards, CRMs and client portals, booking and marketplace apps, company websites and landing pages, portfolios, and AI-powered apps like chatbots. RShift Sites also creates things that are not apps: pitch decks and presentations, generated and edited images, short videos, and downloadable files such as PDF reports, spreadsheets, and Word documents. See [What you can build with RShift Sites](/sites/introduction/welcome/#what-you-can-build-with-lovable) for the full range.

**Do I need coding experience to build with RShift Sites?**

No. RShift Sites is designed for all levels of experience. Whether you're a developer or a non-technical user, you can build apps and websites using RShift Sites.

**How do I create a project?**

To create a project, select **Build** in the mode picker on the dashboard and type a message into the prompt box. See [ways to create a project](/sites/features/projects/overview/#ways-to-create-a-project). Just describe what you want to build and RShift Sites will take it from there and generate a starting point for your project. Remember to start small and build in increments!

**Can I talk to RShift Sites without opening a project?**

Yes. Use [Chats](/sites/features/chats/) to think through ideas, ask about your apps, and work with connected tools outside a project. When something needs building, the chat sends the work to a project. Messages in Chats are chat usage, covered first by the daily chat allowance. See [Chat costs](/sites/introduction/credits-and-usage/#chat-costs).

**Can I start from a template instead of a blank page?**

Yes. **RShift Sites templates** are ready-made apps you can remix on any plan. Browse them at [lovable.dev/templates](https://lovable.dev/templates), which you can open without signing in, or from the **RShift Sites templates** tab on the dashboard. Remixing creates your own independent copy that you can edit freely. See [Remix a project](/sites/features/projects/remix/).

[Design templates](/sites/features/business/design-templates/) are a separate feature on Business and Enterprise plans. They let teams reuse approved designs and project structures across a workspace.

**Can I reuse an existing project?**

Yes, you can remix projects with public remixing enabled, one of your own projects, or projects you have access to. Remixing allows you to reuse the current state of a project as a starting point and build upon it. It’s a great way to explore new ideas, make adjustments, or iterate with different changes while preserving the original version. See [Remix a project](/sites/features/projects/remix/).

## Building with RShift Sites

**How do I build efficiently with RShift Sites?**

Building efficiently with RShift Sites is all about using the right techniques, and anyone can learn them with a bit of practice. [How to build a real product with RShift Sites](/sites/tips-tricks/from-idea-to-app/) walks through the full process, from shaping an idea to growing a live app.

**How should I structure my prompts for the best results?**

* Be clear and specific.
    * Focus on one feature at a time.
    * Build incrementally.
    * Use buzz-words for getting the design right.

**What should I do when I hit an error?**

**Try to fix button**

Use the **Try to fix** option. RShift Sites tries to solve the issue automatically. Your account includes 10 free fixes, shared across error and security fixes in all your workspaces and projects. Each free fix becomes available again 24 hours after you use it. Past the 10, further fixes are treated as standard build usage and consume credits.

**Investigate**

If **Try to fix** doesn't resolve the issue, ask the RShift Sites Agent to investigate the issue. Explain what you are seeing and what specific parts aren't working.

**Revert to an older version**

If that doesn’t work, you can preview an older working version and then revert to that version if needed, or revert and edit a past message to explore a different approach. Nothing gets lost — all changes made after that point stay in the project chat and can be reapplied anytime.

**What is refactoring, and why is it important?**

Refactoring improves code structure and efficiency without altering functionality. It helps:

    * Optimize performance by removing redundancies.
    * Improve maintainability for future updates.
    * Prevent conflicts by structuring logic more clearly.

**Can I connect my project to a backend to store data?**

If you need to add backend capabilities to your application, you can:

    * Use RShift Sites' [built-in backend (Cloud)](https://docs.lovable.dev/features/cloud)
    * Use RShift Sites' native [Supabase integration](https://docs.lovable.dev/integrations/supabase)

**Can I add login to my website?**

Yes, you can add authentication by using the [built-in backend (Cloud)](https://docs.lovable.dev/features/authentication) or integrating with [Supabase](https://docs.lovable.dev/integrations/supabase). Simply prompt the AI to add it and follow the instructions.

**Can I add third-party APIs to my project?**

Yes, you can integrate APIs like OpenAI, Stripe, and more by specifying them in your prompt. Read more [here](/sites/integrations/introduction/).

**Can I add my app to Slack as a bot?**

Yes. RShift Sites can add an app you built to your team's Slack workspace as its own Slack app, so teammates can mention it in a channel or send it a direct message. A workspace admin or owner authorizes your Slack workspace once from the Slack connector page, and after publishing you ask RShift Sites to add the app to Slack. See [Add your app to Slack as an agent](/sites/integrations/slack/#add-your-app-to-slack-as-an-agent) for the setup steps.

**Can I store sensitive API keys in RShift Sites?**

No! Never enter your API keys directly in RShift Sites. If you're integrating with an API, we recommend you use [built-in secrets (Cloud)](https://docs.lovable.dev/features/secrets) or [Supabase](https://docs.lovable.dev/integrations/supabase) to store your API keys, so they are only used in backend code and never exposed in the browser.

**How do I add payments to my website?**

See [Add payments to your app](/sites/features/payments/) for detailed instructions.

**How can I improve SEO and AI search visibility for my project?**

Use the built-in [SEO & AI search review](/sites/features/seo-aeo/) to check metadata, indexing, structured data, accessibility, performance, mobile usability, sitemap configuration, `robots.txt`, and other technical SEO issues.

RShift Sites can also help you:

    * Research keywords, competitors, backlinks, and content opportunities using Semrush-powered SEO research
    * Configure [Google Search Console](/sites/integrations/google-search-console/) and submit your sitemap
    * Optimize metadata, Open Graph previews, and structured data
    * Improve AI-search visibility through semantic HTML, crawlable content, and structured Markdown rendering
    * Connect [custom domains](/sites/features/custom-domain/) and manage canonical URLs

For implementation guidance and ongoing maintenance best practices, see [Optimize your app for SEO and AI search](/sites/features/seo-aeo/).

**Can RShift Sites create presentations or slide decks?**

Yes. Ask RShift Sites for a presentation, pitch deck, or slideshow, and RShift Sites builds the deck as a web app. Slides present fullscreen in the browser, and you can publish the deck and share its link like any other project. If you need a file instead, ask for a PDF or a `.pptx` file and RShift Sites generates one you can download. See [Presentations and slide decks](/sites/features/generate-files/#presentations-and-slide-decks).

**Can RShift Sites generate or edit images?**

Yes. RShift Sites generates images from a description, edits existing images (for example changing a style, combining images, or making a background transparent), and generates short videos. Use the results directly in your app, or ask for a standalone image, like a logo or a poster, and download it from the project chat. See [Add images and videos to your app](/sites/features/projects/chat/#add-images-and-videos-to-your-app).

**Can I show an Instagram or other social media feed in my app?**

Yes. Some platforms have a built-in connector, for example [TikTok](/sites/integrations/tiktok/) and [X](/sites/integrations/x/). See [Embed feeds and widgets](/sites/integrations/any-api/#embed-feeds-and-widgets).

**How long does it take to complete a project?**

It depends on complexity. By breaking tasks into smaller steps, planning ahead, and refining based on feedback, you can move quickly while ensuring quality.

## Features

**How do I find the Project settings?**

You can find the **Project settings** by clicking your project name at the top left of the editor and then selecting **Settings**. See [Project settings](/sites/features/projects/settings/) for everything you can manage there.

**Can I change my project access (previously project visibility)?**

Yes, from the **Share** button in the top bar of any project. See [Share a project](/sites/features/share-project/) for more information.

**Can I request access to private projects?**

Yes. When navigating to a private project, you can request viewer or editor access from the project owner. This keeps private work secure while making collaboration easier.

**Can I hide the RShift Sites badge (watermark)?**

Yes. The "Edit with RShift Sites" badge shown on published apps can be hidden on paid plans. Go to **Project settings → Publishing** and turn on **Hide RShift Sites badge**.

The setting is per project, so toggle it for each project separately. See [Project settings](/sites/features/projects/settings/#publishing). The change takes effect on your live site right away, no republish needed. If you later downgrade, your live site keeps the badge hidden until your next publish, when the badge returns and the setting turns off. See [What stops working when you downgrade](/sites/introduction/subscription-plans/#what-stops-working-when-you-downgrade).

**Can I rename a project?**

Yes, navigate to the **Project settings** where you'll find the option to rename the project. See [Project settings](/sites/features/projects/settings/#details).

**How do I duplicate (copy or remix) a project?**

To make a copy of a project, you **remix** it. Go to the **Project Settings** and select the **Remix** option.

Remixing creates a copy of the project in your currently selected workspace. You can then edit it independently. The **Include project history** toggle controls whether the copy includes the original chat history. It does not copy version history. Secrets and database data are never copied. See [Remix a project](/sites/features/projects/remix/) for the full guide, including what carries over to the copy.

> **Note**
>
> Projects connected to an external Supabase project can only be remixed by people with edit access to the source project.

**Can I delete a project?**

Yes, navigate to the **Project settings** where you'll find the option to **Delete** the project. See [Project settings](/sites/features/projects/settings/#danger-zone).

> **Note**
>
> This is final and there is no way to restore deleted projects.

**What is Plan mode?**

Plan mode is one of three modes in the project chat, next to Build and Chat. It is ideal for planning features, debugging issues, and understanding changes before writing or modifying code, and it writes a plan you approve before building. See [Plan mode](/sites/features/plan-mode/). To discuss your app without writing a plan, use [Chat mode](/sites/features/chat-mode/). To talk with RShift Sites outside a project, use [Chats](/sites/features/chats/).

**Can I choose which model RShift Sites uses in Build mode or Plan mode?**

No. RShift Sites manages the underlying model used by the agent in [Build mode](/sites/features/agent-mode/) and [Plan mode](/sites/features/plan-mode/). The agent runs on current frontier models, and RShift Sites rolls out model upgrades automatically to all users, so there is no setting to switch the agent between specific models.

If you want to choose a specific model for AI features inside your own deployed app, see [AI features for your app](/sites/features/ai/), which lists the supported models you can call from your app.

**Can I see the code that RShift Sites generates and manually edit it?**

Yes. You can see the code and manually edit the code using RShift Sites' [Code mode](/sites/features/code-mode/).

**Can I manually edit text or colors?**

Yes, you can edit text or colors using the [preview toolbar](/sites/features/preview-toolbar/).

**Can I collaborate on my projects?**

Yes, you can collaborate on projects inside RShift Sites. See [Collaboration](/sites/features/collaboration/) for more information.

**Does RShift Sites host my published app?**

Yes. RShift Sites hosts every published app: your app gets a public URL with HTTPS included, and it is delivered from locations around the world, with no servers to set up. See [How RShift Sites hosts your app](/sites/features/hosting/) for more information.

**How do I publish my project?**

See [Publish](/sites/features/publish/) and follow the steps outlined there to publish your project.

**How do I add a custom domain to my project?**

Go to **Project → Settings → Domains** to buy a domain through RShift Sites or connect one you already own. Custom domains are available on paid plans. For the step-by-step path from publishing to a live site on your domain, follow [Launch your site on a custom domain](/sites/tips-tricks/launch-on-a-custom-domain/). For every option and status, see [Set up a custom domain](/sites/features/custom-domain/).

**Can I see analytics for my published projects?**

Yes. See [Project analytics](/sites/features/analytics/) for more information.

**Can I add images to a RShift Sites prompt?**

Yes. Images as design inspiration, sketches of your desired layout, or screenshots of UI flaws are super helpful while designing your website.

**Can I add videos to a RShift Sites prompt?**

Videos aren’t supported yet, but screenshots can often do the job.

**Can I export all of my project's code?**

Yes. You can [download your codebase as a zip](/sites/features/code-mode/#download-your-project’s-codebase) from the code editor or from **Project settings → Git**, or sync your code to a Git repository. See [Git sync](/sites/integrations/git-sync-overview/) for more information.

**Can I start a project by importing code from an external source such as GitHub?**

No, currently there is no way to start a RShift Sites project from already existing code on for example GitHub.

**How do I see my project history?**

You can view your project history by simply scrolling up in the project chat or pressing the **History** toggle at the top of the editor. You can also select older versions to preview them or restore your project to that version. See [Version history](/sites/features/projects/history/).

**Can I revert to an earlier version of my project?**

Yes. You can preview an older working version and then revert to that version if needed, or edit a past message and revert to explore a different approach. Nothing gets lost — all changes made after that point stay in the project chat and can be reapplied anytime.

    * Find the option to revert under each response in the project chat or in the history tab when you select the version you want to revert to.
    * Find the option to edit a past message and revert under each past message you sent in the project chat.

See [Version history](/sites/features/projects/history/) for the full guide.

> **Danger**
>
> Reverting restores your project's code only. It does not restore or roll back database data, so records created or deleted after that version stay as they are.

## RShift Sites API

**What can I do with the RShift Sites API?**

The **RShift Sites API** is a REST API that lets you deploy RShift Sites projects, manage your workspace, monitor security, and embed projects in your product from your own scripts and services.

See the [RShift Sites API overview](/sites/integrations/lovable-api/) to get started.

**How do I get a RShift Sites API key?**

Workspace owners and admins on Business and Enterprise plans can create API keys in [**Settings → Access tokens**](https://lovable.dev/settings/api-keys). Keys are workspace-scoped, support read and write scopes and expiry dates, and can have a monthly credit limit that resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. See [Create and manage API keys](/sites/features/api-keys/).

**Can I create a RShift Sites app from a URL?**

Yes. **Build with URL** lets you create apps from a shareable link, with the prompt and optional reference images encoded in the URL. The link opens with the prompt prefilled, and the recipient clicks send to start the build. No API key is needed. See [Build with URL](/sites/integrations/build-with-url/).

## Managing your account

**Can I change the email I use to login?**

Unfortunately, changing the email address directly is not possible at this time. As a workaround, you can create a new account with your desired email address and move your projects into it by remixing them. See [Move a project to another account](/sites/features/projects/remix/#move-a-project-to-another-account) for the steps.

**How do I cancel my subscription?**

Go to [**Settings → Plans & credit usage**](https://lovable.dev/settings/billing), select **Manage** on your plan card, and choose **Downgrade to free**. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. On a phone, do this from **lovable.dev** in your browser, because the mobile app has no cancel option. Plans purchased inside the iOS app cover one month and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

See [Cancel your subscription](/sites/introduction/subscription-plans/#cancel-your-subscription) for more information.

**Can I delete my account?**

To delete your account, go to **Settings → Your Account**, scroll down and press **Delete account**. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

See [Delete account](/sites/introduction/delete-account/) for more information.

**Can I reactivate a deleted account?**

No, you can't reactivate a deleted account. However, you can cancel a scheduled deletion within 30 days.

See [Delete account](/sites/introduction/delete-account/) for more information.

**Can I change the workspace owner?**

Yes, if you are the current workspace owner. Only an owner can promote existing members to owner.

Go to **Settings → People**, and click the role dropdown next to the member’s row, then choose a new role. Changes take effect immediately.

Every workspace also has one [primary owner](/sites/features/people/#the-primary-owner), used for billing and domain claims. The primary owner can transfer that role to another member, or to a RShift Sites account outside the workspace, with [Transfer primary ownership](/sites/features/people/#transfer-primary-ownership) in **Settings → Workspace**.

    See [People](/sites/features/people/) for more information.

**Can I delete a workspace?**

Yes. Workspace owners can delete a workspace from **Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace**. Members lose access immediately, and the workspace is permanently deleted after a 60-day grace period during which RShift Sites support can restore it.

See [Delete a workspace](/sites/introduction/delete-workspace/) for more information.

**How can I transfer project ownership to someone else?**

Go to **Project settings → Transfer ownership** and select a workspace member. The new owner must be a full workspace member. See [project roles](/sites/features/projects/overview/#project-roles). Collaborators and pending invitees are not eligible. Invite them as a member from **Settings → People** first.

The new owner will have full control of the project. Your access after the transfer depends on your workspace role.

**How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?**

**Two-factor authentication (2FA)** adds an extra layer of security to your RShift Sites account by requiring a one-time code when you sign in, in addition to your usual sign-in method.

To enable 2FA, go to **Settings → Your account**.

See [Two-factor authentication (2FA)](/sites/introduction/two-factor-authentication-2-fa/) for more information.

**What are skills and how do I add them to my LinkedIn account? (Beta)**

RShift Sites identifies **skills** based on how you use the platform across your projects. If you have any skills, you can find them in **Settings → Your account**.

To qualify for a skill in a category:

    * You must have actively worked on a project, with at least **5 user messages** sent in that project.
    * Within those projects, at least one app you built must have at least **20 visitor sessions** to the live app (bot traffic excluded).
    * The project must be in a workspace on a Free or Pro plan. Projects in Business and Enterprise workspaces are never eligible, and that does not change if the workspace later moves to a different plan.
    * Accounts flagged for fraud or abuse are not eligible.

You can optionally post one skill to your LinkedIn profile by clicking **Add to LinkedIn** next to the skill. The skill appears publicly under **Connected apps** and updates automatically. Only one skill can be posted to LinkedIn at a time, and you can disconnect at any time.

    See [Skills](/sites/introduction/lovable-account-settings/#linkedin-skills-beta) for more information.

Your apps' end-user data and your account and billing details are not used for training, and Business and Enterprise workspace data is excluded from training by default.

    * **Free and Pro:** exclude your own data by disabling **Use my RShift Sites content for model training** in **Account settings → AI model training**.
    * **Business and Enterprise:** workspace data is excluded by default.

See [Manage training data and privacy](/sites/features/business/data-opt-out/).

**Where can I find RShift Sites' Terms of Service?**

Go to [Terms of Service](https://lovable.dev/terms).

**What is RShift Sites' refund policy?**

Please see our [Terms of Service](https://lovable.dev/terms) to read more about our refund policy.

**Is RShift Sites compliant with security standards?**

Yes, RShift Sites is compliant with industry-recognized security standards and follows best practices for data protection and risk management. We undergo independent third-party audits and maintain certifications such as ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. You can view our current compliance status, subprocessors and policies [here](https://trust.lovable.dev/).

**Is RShift Sites GDPR compliant?**

RShift Sites is committed to meeting the requirements of the data protection laws that apply to our Services, including the EU and UK GDPR. Our practices are described in the [Privacy Policy](https://lovable.dev/privacy), and current information about our certifications and audit status is at [trust.lovable.dev](https://trust.lovable.dev).

**How can I make my account more secure?**

Enable **two-factor authentication (2FA)** from your account settings (**Settings → Account → Your account**).

See [Two-factor authentication (2FA)](/sites/introduction/two-factor-authentication-2-fa/) for more information.

## How RShift Sites works

**What tech stacks does RShift Sites use?**

New RShift Sites apps created from May 13, 2026 use TanStack Start with server-side rendering (SSR).

Older apps use React + Vite. These apps continue to work as before and use prerendering on deployed public URLs so search engines, social-preview bots, and AI crawlers can read rendered content. You can also [upgrade an older project to TanStack Start](/sites/features/upgrade-to-tanstack-start/) for full server-side rendering.

Both stacks are designed to support [SEO and AI search visibility](/sites/features/seo-aeo/) without requiring external prerendering.

RShift Sites uses Tailwind for styling and supports backend functionality through the [built-in backend (Cloud)](/sites/features/cloud/), [Supabase](/sites/integrations/supabase/), and [third-party APIs](/sites/integrations/introduction/).

**Does RShift Sites support mobile app development?**

RShift Sites builds **web applications**, and you can design them to be fully mobile friendly. RShift Sites does not generate React Native projects. If you want an installable app on phones, there are two common paths: make your published app a Progressive Web App (PWA) that users add to their home screen, or wrap your published app with a tool like Capacitor to submit it to the App Store or Play Store. See the [publishing FAQ](/sites/features/publish/#can-i-publish-my-project-as-a-native-ios-or-android-app-to-the-app-store-or-play-store) for details on both paths.

**How does RShift Sites remember context?**

RShift Sites processes recent messages to maintain context. For the best results, include relevant details in each prompt to ensure clarity and accuracy.

**Who owns the projects and the code that RShift Sites creates?**

You as the creator do!
