Create an automation

Steps

1. Create the automation and name it for the task it performs.
2. Choose the trigger: schedule or event.
3. Describe the work and attach the skills it should use.
4. Choose the runtime and any integrations it depends on.
5. Run it once and read the operation log before enabling the schedule.
