Connect RShift MCP in Codex

Add the RShift MCP server to Codex.

Updated View as Markdown

Enable MCP in RShift, then run:

codex mcp add rshift --url "https://mcp.rshift.com/mcp"
codex mcp login rshift

The login command opens RShift in your browser. Sign in, choose the workspace, and approve access. Codex stores the workspace-bound OAuth session; no RShift API key or custom header is required.

For multiple workspaces, repeat the commands with a unique server name, use the same MCP URL, and choose a different workspace during OAuth.

Verify the connection with codex mcp list, reopen the session if needed, and test a read-only tool first.

Do not share OAuth authorization codes or access tokens.
