- Confirm that you are signed in to RShift in the same Chrome profile.
- Confirm that your RShift account still has access to the connected workspace.
- If a task needs website access, open the side panel and approve Chrome’s prompt.
- If the task is not received immediately, open the side panel and confirm the expected workspace is connected.
- If a page changed while the task was running, stop the task and retry it from the current page.
If the issue continues, contact support with the visible error message and approximate time. Do not send passwords, cookies, tokens, or private customer data.
